Hooray for Macs!

Look what else Aunt Caitlin's Mac Book can do! Pretty cool, right?

Are you tired of the snow yet?

WE ARE!!
In all truthfulness, I have really enjoyed the snow, but it is getting to be somewhat cumbersome to maneuver piles of snow every morning to load kids into the car. Nevertheless, we are stuck with it for the foreseeable future. That just means I have to take more posed photos of the girls in front of the giant piles of snow. Enjoy!
Standing on the sidewalk between the pile of snow in our parking spot and the pile of snow that is our front yard.
On the steps between two giant piles of snow -- the snow that is our front yard.

Molly sizing herself up next to the giant icicle that came off of our gutter.

Blizzard, Part Deux

A view of our house from the front sidewalk. The snow comes to my chin.

The snowed-in parents do some shoveling during naptime.

More Snow

It just won't stop snowing here in DC. We are supposed to get another 10-20 inches today and into tomorrow. SO, I figure I ought to get more photos of the last blizzard up before the new one strikes! I tell you -- it's getting hard to keep all these snow pictures straight!
Molly and Sophia on their way to sled. The snow was much deeper than it looks. The driveway had not been shoveled, so the girls are walking on tire tracks.

"Mommy, I'm stuck!"

Sledding was cut short when the Bobcat showed up to clear the driveway. Sophia found a new way to have fun though.

Molly insisted the doll go outside too.

Finally back at our house. And proof that Harper was around for Snowmaggedon.

Our front yard.
I don't know where all the new snow is supposed to go or when any of it will melt.

Blizzard 2010

10 am, Feb 6th. Heading out to try to knock snow off of tree limbs. The snow came up to my knees in most of the yard and came up just over my knees in someplaces.

Checking out the snow from the safe confines of the house.

7 am, Feb. 6th

12pm, Feb. 6th

I don't have many pictures of the girls in the snow -- yet. It was snowing too hard yesterday to let Molly venture outside. But, we'll be heading out today so check back for more pictures later today or tomorrow. Here are a few shots to tide you over until then.
